- I have reread your description and my responses (beginning on the next line)
- and am not sure that I fully understand your problem. However, I am leaving
- my remarks in as they might help.
-
- yes, this is a problem with the author's default resolution selection of 1024
- X 1024 - even though the A2410 ships with crystals for 800 X 600 and 1024 X
- 768. (you reading this Juergen?).

-
- What I had to do *carefully, timing is everything* was... (going from memory
- here (only 75%)) set the Width and Height correctly in A2410Config *before
- you try and use edit*. I am assuming that you are using version 2 of
- Juergen's driver.
-
- I believe that it was *not* a good idea to use MUI as a interface for
- A2410Config (although MUI is a good product). There are many things that can
- go wrong during the configuration of *any* graphics card on the Amiga System -
- it is important to minimize the complexity of this operation - MUI is just
- another thing which could go wrong.
-
- IMHO *all* system configuration tools sould run as close to native Amiga OS as
- posible.
-
- Get your system back to basics - *warning* the following procedure *will
- change* the way your video works, you will need standard Amiga display
- hardware.
-
- delete out env<-archive>:egs/A2410regs.prefs
- env<-archive>:egs/screenmode.prefs.
- reboot with EGS support
- startup A2410Config and change the resolution values for Clock 1 and Clock 2
- (if necessary) and *save*.
- reboot again with EGS support... you get the idea.
